Accommodations

There are many hotels, bed and breakfasts and Airbnbs. Please make your reservations early as they fill up quickly during the summer months.

Friday-St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (1070 Dutch Rd. Fairview, PA 16415)

4:00pm — Setup, Fellowship and Libations  (play ground and fishing pond)
6:00pm — Dinner (catered): Make your own Taco's, grilled seasonal vegetables, rice, fruit salad; Cookie table

 (bring your favorites to share!)
7:00pm — Family History, Fellowship, Lore and Laughs

Saturday-Camp Sherwin (8600 W. Lake Rd. Lake City, PA 16423)

10:00am — Setup, Doughnuts
12:00pm — Luncheon: Enjoy Erie's famous Smith hotdogs/veggie burger, vegetable tray, chips, watermelon
1:00pm — Fishing, swimming (lake or pool), fellowship, pinata, balloon toss, jam session (bring your

 instruments!), volleyball
3:00pm — Everybody Plays Softball Game
5:00pm — Pinata, Fellowship and Libations
5:30pm — Group Photos (don't miss out!)
6:00pm — Dinner (catered): Penne pasta with marinara, meatballs and sausage on the side, roasted  carrots,

  Caesar salad, cake and cookies
7:00pm — Talent share
7:45pm — Clean-up

Sunday-St. Stephen's Episcopal Church

9:30am — Worship Service @ St. Stephen's Episcopal Church
10:30am — Join the parish for coffee hour

11:00am — Fare thee well and see you in 3 years!

Additional Information

You will note that the “Young Adult” (ages 3-25) registration fee is significantly below cost to encourage family participation.  Please only register for the meals you plan to attend as we pay the caterer for the reservations made.

Non family member adults guests may register for Saturday Dinner only for $30.

Please bring your favorite cookies to share!

We regret that we are not able to accommodate special diets other than vegetarian. Wegmans Grocery Store (5028 West Ridge Road, Erie PA 16506) has an extensive prepared foods section including gluten free menu. 

Contact Mitch Willis for special re-union pricing if you are bringing your own dietary restricted meals.
