Tour members are deemed to have read understood and accepted the following :

The following are the Guideline  on our Terms & Conditions however, as you will be subjected to the Terms & Conditions set by the main supplier

1) The contents to include in tour fare :

• Return economy class group air ticket, excluding taxes which is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

• Accommodation based on twin sharing for adults. Child fare is based on the child as the third person in twin or double room of two adults without extra bed. If child occupies a half twin,  surcharge applicable. Child is considered above 2 years old and below 12 years old, but subject to individual hotel ,country policy and ground operations policy.

• All meals, sightseeing and other terms as specified in the itinerary.

• One piece check in luggage not exceeding 20 kilos per person. (subject to individual airline policy, low cost carrier you might have to pay for your check in luggage)

2) TOUR PRICES

• Prices shown are valid at the time of publication of the brochure or the price list which form part of the brochure, and is subject to change with or without prior notice due to increase of airfares, other transport costs, hotel rates, exchange rates and government tax etc.

3) PAYMENT METHOD

• Our Company accept payment via cash/online transfer. Additional surcharge applicable for credit card payment.

4) RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

• A deposit is required upon of booking, the balance of payment must be paid up 45 days before the Tour commences.

• Asia – RM 1,500 - RM2,500.00 / pax

• Other destinations- RM2,500.00 - RM3,500 /pax

• All the tour fares and airport taxes are subject to currency fluctuations

• All tour fares are guaranteed only if reservations are made with full payment received

5) CANCELLATION POLICY

• The respective airline’s cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges.

• ( Note : The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration in routing or change of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred .)

Cancellation By Customers

• No refund of deposit for bookings made during of travel fair

• Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If the company receives notice to cancel 45 working days or more before the date of departure. Cancellation fees will be imposed as follows :

• Over 45 working days (before date of departure) : deposit will be fully forfeited and cancellation of reservation

• 31 - 45 working days (before date of departure) : 50% of tour fare

• 1 - 30 working days (before date of departure) : 100% of tour fare

Cancellation By Company

• The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to any act of God, pandemic, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of Malaysia or Government of destination country which is beyond its control.

• The company shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours. Should any passenger decide not to accept the alternative tours, all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable will be refunded to the passenger.

• In the event of a cancellation by the company due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure seats or accommodation, the company will refund the amount of money paid 

6)PASSPORT / VISA

It is required by most immigration authorities that the passport must have a validity of at least seven (7) months from date of return of travel. Wherever a visa is required, The organizer will undertake to submit the necessary documents for processing at nominal fee but subject to the embassy requirements and procedures, approval is not guaranteed. Visa fees will have to be borne by the passengers. The organizers cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including limitation, negligence on the part of our employees, agents/ or servant.

7) EXTENSION OF STAY

Extension of stay is permitted at the last stop but subject to seat confirmation and surcharge (if applicable) by the airline and hotel accommodation arrangements and validity of the excursion tickets. When the extension of stay/ deviation is unable to confirm, passenger are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original date is not permitted once the extension date has been confirmed. Extension or deviation need to be done minimum 21 days before departure.

8) TRAVEL INSURANCE :

All passengers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.

9) COMPLAINT / CLAIMS

All claims against the company must be made in writing within 2 weeks after completion of the tour. All the disputes if any, will be subject to the Malaysia Court of Law. All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the general manager of the company.

10) RESPONSIBILITIES

a) The Organisers act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels, and other principals of the tour programme.

b) The Organisers accepts no responsibilities for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond it’s control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc.

c) Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The Organisers shall not be held responsible and there will be absolutely no refund for deportation or refusal of entry by immigration. Authorities for Tours Member resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes of whose behavior and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.

d) If necessary the Organisers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation etc. The Organisers also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the Organisers in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal but money paid by such clients as booking fees shall be refunded to them.

e) No refund or reduction will be made to any person, who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.

f) The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to specific Airlines only.

g) Any alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.

h) The Organisers reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his/her act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and there shall be no liability thereafter to any such person.

i) These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by the Organisers/ Sponsors.

j) The Organizer will only provide the services of an accompanying tour manager for group of minimum 15 adult passengers.

11) PAYMENTS

Tour payments are based on cash terms / online transfer subject verification of receipt by the bank/ payments by credit card is subject to a surcharge.

12) RIGHTS TO REJECT

We have the right to reject any bookings on handicapped people who cannot walk on their own (require wheelchair) unless they have own relatives to accompany.

13) TIPPINGS

TIPPING Tour fare not included luggage tipping of airport, pier and hotel.
