Project Passport

For reviewing self-studied content

Months after taking AP World History, a final project lay dormant and unused. After deliberation, its essence was extracted into a new GitHub repository for use as a general purpose knowledge review tool. In this case, a passport isn't a document for moving between countries; it is a thing that ensures the achievement of knowledge.

Project Passport is open-source software as a service (SaaS) that allows students to quiz themselves on content they've learned in class.

Currently, it is being poised as a way of reviewing the AP US History exam, but other user-selected subjects are in the works.
