I am a postdoc with Claudia Scheimbauer at the Technical University of Munich. During my postdoc, I have been funded by the Simons Collaboration on Global Categorical Symmetries and the SFB Higher Invariants Collaborative Research Center. Prior to my current position, I completed my PhD at the University of Texas at Austin in August 2024 under the supervision of Dan Freed.

My research lies at the intersection of category theory and quantum field theory. In particular, I use and develop categorical tools to study relative field theories, domain walls, and defects in topological quantum field theory. Recent work includes applications of the oriented cobordism hypothesis to skein-theoretic TQFTs as well as work on dualizability of locally constant factorization algebras and their modules.
