TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services Provided

William’s Dog Service offers pet care services including dog walking, pet sitting, feeding, and general care. All services are provided to the best of our ability with the safety and wellbeing of your pet as the top priority.

2. Pet Health & Behavior

• All pets must be non-aggressive and safe to handle.

• Owners must disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs before service begins.

• William’s Dog Service reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a pet is deemed unsafe.

3. Vaccinations

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof may be requested.

4. Owner Responsibilities

The owner agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about their pet

• Ensure pets have proper collars, leashes, and identification

• Provide food, supplies, and emergency contact info

5. Liability

• While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety, William’s Dog Service is not liable for injury, illness, or loss of pets unless caused by gross negligence.

• William’s Dog Service is not responsible for incidents caused by undisclosed behavior or pre-existing conditions.

6. Emergency Care

• In case of emergency, William’s Dog Service may seek veterinary care.

• The owner is responsible for all veterinary costs.

• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner first.

7. Home Access

• If services require home entry, the owner must provide safe and secure access.

• William’s Dog Service is not responsible for damages caused by pets inside the home.

8. Cancellations & Payments

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• Payment terms must be agreed upon before services begin.

9. Weather & Safety

• Walks may be adjusted due to extreme weather (heat, rain, etc.) to ensure pet safety.

10. Agreement

By using this service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
