My role on the project:
I was ultimately responsible for the final delivery of the site as the project leader. This included defining milestones, definition, setup and execution of project UX tasks, and final approval for the builds.
The site was to serve multiple functions, including two which were very much competing: creating an engaging user experience and making available thousands of (mostly text based) documents, the majority of which pre-dated the digital age.

This project also required the development of a Content Management System (CMS) as a separate but related project.
Since the goal of the brainstorming session was not to converge on one single idea, but to gather a diverging list of requirements and ideas, we were able to cherry-pick from the grouped ideas that worked together and would satisfy stakeholders.
The final site allowed users to navigate through an attractive, interactive website which provided easy access to thousands of documents from NBME's rich history.
