Absent Form
Please fill out this form if you are going to miss practice. Remember to follow the rules regarding absences:
Attendance and Absences:
You are expected to attend every practice and competition. If participating in another activity or sport, you must talk to one of the FTC coaches to figure out a schedule for both. You are NOT, under any circumstances, allowed to miss practice or a game for work, a doctor’s appointment, or anything other than a school-sponsored event. If you miss one practice for a reason that has not been approved by one of the coaches, you will be given a verbal warning. If you miss two, you will be removed from the next qualifier or competition. If a third miss happens you will be kicked off the team. If multiple or suspicious amounts of “sick days” pop up, it will be up to the coach to decide if/when the team member is next allowed to participate, and/or if he/she will be replaced by an alternate.
