SEA-TAC airport has a shuttle to their rental car facility. If you don't plan on renting a car while in Seattle, be aware that Seattle Uber prices are astronomical.
There are two main visiting areas of Mount Rainier National Park: Paradise (south side of the mountain) and Sunrise (north side of the mountain). Paradise is probably more logical logistically, but both are incredible in their own ways so research which you'd prefer!
This will be peak season for Rainier so it will be very busy, book early! It is also wildfire season so please keep this in mind and monitor fires the weeks leading up to your trip.
