Staffinders, Inc.

I am currently employed as the Social Media Director / I.T. Consultant for Staffinders. Staffinders, Inc. is an employment agency with a national presence in over 30 states across the U.S. They focus primarily on Supply Chain and Manufacturing staffing. They are different from typical employment agencies as they are not a day labor agency. Candidates hired by Staffinders are contracted to the client or directly hired into the client's company. One of my primary tasks is to assist the recruiters in finding staff for clients. So, I may be making ads, flyers, and promotions to build more candidates for the recruiters to use. Troubleshooting daily IT issues while remoting into staff's PCs, as well as designing logos and graphics. You can find a detailed list of duties below.

My duties include

Promote Job Ads, on Instagram and Facebook as sponsored ads, targeting people in the job’s general location, and also targeting people with similar interests and qualifications. People can view the ad and click directly to the Job Ad link and apply directly through Zip or Indeed.
Design Digital Art, graphics, logos, flyers, brochures, marketing material, as well as Video editing.
Troubleshoot I.T. Issues (Staffinders, Synergy, Muirfield Metals)
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Social Media Accounts
Manage Advertising Spend Budget
Create & Manage Client Surveys
Google Ads
Setup new user PC’s
Manage Mobile Phones through Remote JAMF Management Software
Order and Ship Marketing Materials to Employees
