Biography
I am a Ph.D. student at Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College, under Prof. Junbo Zhao, FIET, SMIEEE. Prior to this, I earned Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from ZJU in China and UIUC in the United States. My research interest resides at the theoretical nexus of learning, control, and optimization, with a focus on their applications in networked cyber-physical systems. I have been fortunate to conduct my research under the supervision of several distinguished professors: Prof. Yonghua Song, FREng, MAE, FIEEE, FIET, Prof. Liangzhong Yao, MAE, FIEEE, FIET, FAAIA, CEng, Prof. Le Xie, FIEEE, Prof. Qiang Yang, FIET, FBCS, SMIEEE, Prof. Heng Nian, SMIEEE, Prof. Can Wan, SMIEEE, Prof. Hongcai Zhang, SMIEEE, and Prof. Richard Y. Zhang.
During undergraduate studies, I had my papers submitted to or accepted in IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy (IF=10.0), Advances in Applied Energy (IF=13.8), Applied Energy (IF=11.0), Frontiers in Energy Research (IF=3.858), and IEEE Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration (IEEE EI2). Also, I filed a China Invention Patent application. I've been the Principal Investigator of a National University Student Research Project (2023.03-2024.05, funding: approx. 2,750 USD by Ministry of Education, China), the Principal Investigator of a New Seedling Talent Program in Zhejiang Province (2022.03-2023.05, final assessment: Excellent), and the Co-investigator of a State Grid Science & Technology Project supported by State Grid Zhejiang Co., Ltd. (2023.03-2024.09, PI: Prof. Qiang Yang, funding: approx. 195,000 USD). I am the recipient of Zhejiang University Scholarship, Zhejiang University Outstanding Student Candre, Best Reviewer Award for 2023 8th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE) and the Outstanding Reviewer Award for 2023 Panda Forum on Power and Energy (PandaFPE). As the only candidate in power systems, I was nominated among 80 finalists out of 29,014 undergraduates for 2024 ZJU Future Academic Rising Star.
