About Me

As a life long resident of Martin County, I have extensive local knowledge including the surrounding Treasure Coast region. My Real Estate experience is significant, as I have been working since 1980 in Land Development and Civil Engineering. In the early 80’s I had an office at my Father’s Hallmark Realty building in Stuart where I designed Single Family Homes for contractors and landowners. I was a Public employee working for Martin County Engineering and Martin County Utilities for over 12 years. I also worked with the private sector for local Engineering firms and with local Developers. In the private sector I worked my way up the ladder by successfully managing the design, permitting and construction of projects for residential and commercial properties. In 2003, I was recruited by KB Home as the VP of Land to start a new division on the Treasure Coast. At KB Home I built a Land team that set the benchmark for other divisions. I was responsible for building our land position from a zero inventory to over 5,500 lots in 24 communities across the Treasure Coast. When the Real Estate market collapsed in late 2006 I started my own Land Development Consulting Company. I believe my extensive Real Estate experience and local knowledge will be very beneficial to my Client’s.
