I'm currently a PhD student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in the Institute for Work and Employment Research. My work focuses on how work structures such as organizations, occupations, and institutions shape wage determination and career patterns for workers. Specifically, I ask what the causes of and consequences are to changes in the employment relationship and internal labor markets. I study employment relations with lenses from labor economics and macro organizational behavior.
