CV
I am interested in developing and applying cutting-edge methods to analyze large and complex biomedical datasets.
I am currently developing new approaches for variable selection in the context of high-dimensional data and functional response. I am also investigating new Bayesian methods for error-in-variables problems in the context of correlated high-dimensional data.
Previously, I worked with non-parametric methods for genetic association. I have also developed a new instrumental variable framework to take advantage of machine learning methods to reduce weak instrument bias (with a special focus on Mendelian Randomization).
