Senior Photo Requirements: (PLEASE NOTE: if you do not follow these requirements you or your student might not be featured in the book. Be sure to carefully read through all of the instructions below)

Photos must be HEAD SHOTS from the chest up with the full head in view. Full body or 3/4 shots will be cropped to fit specifications and could result in a low-quality image.
Full color (No black and white or sepia tones)
In focus and only lightly edited
Vertical orientation, NOT horizontal and NOT square. Please do not submit tilted photos.
Face should be well lit and fully visible. Eyes should be looking at the camera. Avoid dark shadows or dappled shadows across the face. Hats and hoodies that obscure the student’s recognizable features are discouraged.
Photos should only contain the senior dressed appropriately (no friends, pets, props, costumes, etc.)
No selfies
Your photographer should make sure they are shooting high resolution photos. Images should be submitted as JPEG files at 300 dpi resolution. (File sizes over 8MB may be difficult to upload.)
BEFORE UPLOADING, rename your file "LastName_FirstName.jpg." (Example: "Garcia-Lopez_Ella.jpg")
Upload the photo to www.hjeshare.com. Our school account is: wilhi23 (If you are having trouble with the uploader, please email the photo and student name directly to erik.bishoff@bethel.k12.or.us)
All requirements for the photo must be met. If they are not, the student’s school ID photo will be used, or - if no photo is available- the student might be left out of the book or only be listed by name. The actual use of your submitted photo is at the discretion of the yearbook adviser and staff. Individuality is a-okay, but inappropriate, offensive, heavily-edited, or low-quality photos will not be used.
