Speeding Problem: For the safety of all residents, particularly young children, please ensure that posted speed limits and regulations are observed. Keep in mind that posted speed limits are just that ... LIMITS ... Also, as an aid to the Ballwin Police, please report any motor vehicle violations to assist the police in their efforts to curtail speeding by cut-through vehicles, especially during morning and evening rush hours.
