Wild Space Yoga aims to bring classical yoga practices into institutions such as schools, rehabilitation centers and corporate settings.

By cultivating a healthy relationship with our body, breath and mind Wild Space Yoga supports healthy and self-possessed people in all walks of life.

Tropical jungles, African savannas and inhospitable deserts may be daunting, yet they allow us to glimpse the wonder of life itself, ceaselessly dying and recreating itself, endlessly expressive and impressive.

Likewise the space in which the mind presents itself may seem wild and unruly. The abstract and continually moving nature of thought can get us into some difficult situations.

Taming and training the mind is no small feat. It requires the persistence and patience needed to befriend any wild beast. In doing so we will come to respect the lion for its jaws and claws, but not fear it. Its power can then be put to use for the benefit of all.

So there is no need for concern. With kindness and curiosity we can be master of our mind. Lets acclimatise ourselves to this WILD SPACE.
