Wild Oak The Band

Wild Oak formed in February 2025 in Chapel Hill, NC. Made up of five UNC students, the band had early practices in parking decks and behind the Dean Dome, where they were often visited by the cops. With a list of covers spanning 70s and 80s rock, to new-age indie rock, and originals that fall between the sounds of Ax and the Hatchetmen and the Backseat Lovers, Wild Oak loves putting on a good show.
