Because our groomers work hands-on with pets throughout the day, responses to calls and texts may take 1–3 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we focus on providing quality care during appointments.

At Wildflower Pet Spa, we base our operations on appointment flow. Grooming appointments are scheduled individually with each groomer, and schedules may vary day to day. Because our team manages their own appointment books, check ins, and checkouts, we do not operate under traditional storefront hours.
Arrival and departure times depend on each groomer’s daily schedule and the pets in their care. Some days our final appointments may finish earlier in the afternoon, while other days grooming services continue into the evening.
For this reason, we do not post fixed business hours online. Clients will be contacted directly regarding their pet’s scheduled drop off and pickup timing.
