Wild Diamond Slots Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Agreement

Derivative works created through permissible gameplay mechanics shall vest ownership in the Service Provider.
3. Service Use Restrictions
Access to Wild Diamond Slots is contingent upon lawful and non-disruptive utilization. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
(a) Malicious traffic manipulation including DDoS attacks or artificial inflation metrics;
(b) Automated data crawling or extraction of User-generated content;
(c) Impersonation or fraudulent representation;
(d) Exploitation of security vulnerabilities. Violations may result in immediate revocation of service access privileges.
4. Dispute Resolution Mechanism
Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by National law. Parties expressly waive trial by jury. Prior to initiating formal proceedings, disputants must engage in mandatory mediation administered by a certified arbitrator in Jakarta. Litigation may only commence following unsuccessful mediation documented in writing.
5. Account Suspension & Data Management
The Service Provider reserves unilateral right to terminate accounts for violations herein, including through permanent ban. Upon termination, all associated Personal Information shall be expunged from operational systems except where retention is mandated:
(i) By applicable data protection legislation;
(ii) For ongoing fraud investigations;
6. Modification Protocol
This Agreement may be amended periodically at the Service Provider's discretion. Non-material adjustments, including administrative corrections or security enhancements, may be implemented without prior notice.
