Piece of Cake

Piece of Cake is a bot that utilizes a vertical drum spinner and wedge. It is built by Tyler Bunnow, Jordan Casto, and Tom Weston, with Chris Aguilar, Perrin Reynwar, and Alon joining the team. Piece of Cake won 2nd Place at the EVAC: Office Hours tournament, and made it to the round of 16 at NHRL May 2026 with a record of 4-2.

Liberator

Liberator is an undercutter bot built by Ben Nguyen, Wolfgang Roettiger, Mark Rutschow, and Luke Sheridan. This design is completely original and built within our club! Liberator competed at EVAC: Office Hours 2026 and won second place at Sonoran Showdown 2026, marking the best performance by a U of A bot to date.

Bananarama

Bananarama is a 4-wheel drive beater bar bot built by Rhys Thurston, Derrick Williams, James St. Leger, and Ethan Tate. Bananarama has fought in Sonoran Showdown 2026, NHRL 2026, and EVAC Bring Water Slaughter 2026.

Vulcan

Vulcan is a 4-wheel drive double-disk spinner built by Aly Olivas, Ava Rhorer, Sergio Villarreal, Bryce Becker, and Aiden LaBelle. This is a re-design of Phobos from 2025. Vulcan has fought in Sonoran Showdown (SS) 2025, NHRL 2025, and SS 2026.

Wobbegong

This version of Wobbegong is a complete redesign and re-theme of Spin to Win. Wobbegong is built by Kai Wetzel, Daniel Hoffmeister, Dea Kobeci, Arnulfo Hodgers Michel, and Kaream Hindashi.  Wobbegong has fought in Sonoran Showdown 2026, NHRL 2026, and EVAC Bring Water Slaughter 2026. 

Stuffed Crust

Stuffed Crust is a melty brain bot, and it is built by Christian Anderson, Grace Davis, Nathan Villavicencio, Albert Tung, Mile Chen, James Bennett, and  Katelyn Faulhaber. Stuffed Crust has fought at Sonoran Showdown 2026, NHRL May 2026, and EVAC Bring Water Slaughter.

The Pounder 

The Pounder is the second robot design from Team Godspeed, and it is a 4-wheel drive beater bar bot. It is built by Daniel Briones, Diego Briones, and Jack Erdman. It made its debut at Sonoran Showdown 2026.

Cool Ranch

Cool Ranch is a 4-wheel drive control and horizontal bot. It is built by Eduardo Ruan, Juan Gastelum, Kennedy Thompson, Hunter Marcus, and Mindy Dinh. Cool Ranch made its debut at Sonoran Showdown 2026.

Mr. Mola Mola

Mr. Mola Mola is a control Bot from Team Mudskipper, built by Joel Davis, Lucius Casertano, and Nathaniel Vanderleeuw. It fought at Sonoran Showdown 2026.

Miyamotor

Miyamotor is a dual vertical weapon bot built by Alexander Ewell, William Garis, and Brandon Quintana. It fought for the first time at Sonoran Showdown 2026.

The Dawg

The Dawg is a 4-wheel drive beater bar bot built by Cristian Juarez, JR, Mir Ghulam Mustafa Talpur, and Rah Humphrey.
