Wildcat Properties has been renting to college students for over 20 years. Founded in 1999, we are proud to say that we have rented to thousands of Wildcats! Wildcat Properties is a family owned business and operated by University of Arizona alumnus, Jon Wilt, 92', Pi Kappa Alpha and Kristen Wilt, 92', Pi Beta Phi. Our goal is to provide college students with affordable, high-quality, and well-maintained homes within walking distance of campus, offering a safe, safe, and supportive living environment grounded in family values and attentive personal care.
