Conduct a full measured survey of an existing building, Prepare Floor plans, Elevations, Sections and Site Layout.

Design Service:

From formulating a Brief of your requirements and producing an Initial Design, to Developed Design, Detailed Design, and seeing your project realised in Completion.

Applying for Planning Permission:

Advising if your project requires planning permission and producing the relevant information for making an application to the Planning and Environment Department. We will communicate on your behalf with the planning department.

Applying for Building Regulation Permission:

Production of Building Bye-Law drawings and relevant forms for making an application to the Planning and Environment Department. Liaising with the Building Control Officer to address any queries.

Contract Administration:

Prepare tender documentation and submit tenders to builders for pricing.

Administer the terms of a standard building contract between you and a builder.

Hold regular site / progress meetings and prepare minutes.

Prepare standard certificates and instructions as required during the contract 

Coordinating other Consultants

Your project may require the input of specialist consultants such as a Structural Engineer or Quantity Surveyor, Wildbore Hands Ltd will coordinate their involvement.
