By using WILD (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use WILD.
WILD is a Discord bot designed to assist Discord communities with staff recruitment and application management. Features may include staff applications, application questions, application review, applicant management, recruitment workflows, and related administrative tools.
WILD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.
You must have permission to use WILD in the Discord server where it is installed.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for ensuring that WILD is used appropriately and in accordance with Discord's rules and their own server policies.
When submitting an application through WILD, applicants are responsible for providing accurate information.
Applications may be reviewed, accepted, rejected, archived, or deleted by authorized staff members of the Discord server.
WILD does not guarantee that an applicant will be accepted for a staff position.
Server staff are responsible for making their own recruitment decisions.
WILD may process information necessary to provide its features, including Discord user IDs, Discord server IDs, application responses, application status, and information submitted through the bot.

WILD may not be used to:
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against applicants.
Collect information for malicious purposes.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Attempt to compromise Discord accounts or servers.
Abuse, exploit, or intentionally disrupt WILD.
Circumvent security or access controls.
Use WILD for unlawful activities.
Submit deliberately fraudulent or malicious applications.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how WILD is configured and used within their servers.
WILD is a recruitment tool and does not guarantee that server staff, applicants, or communities will behave appropriately.
WILD's developers are not responsible for decisions made by individual Discord servers regarding applicants or staff members.
WILD is provided on an “as available” basis.
Features may be changed, temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or removed without notice.
The developers may perform maintenance, updates, or other changes that temporarily affect availability.
Access to WILD may be restricted or terminated if the Bot is abused, intentionally disrupted, or used in violation of these Terms.
A server owner may remove WILD from their server at any time.
WILD operates through Discord and may rely on Discord's infrastructure and APIs.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of WILD are not liable for losses, damages, disputes, staff decisions, application outcomes, or other consequences resulting from the use or inability to use WILD.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of WILD after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
