+ How will I know when you have reopened your books?

   Check instagram and Facebook for the anouncement.

+ I have filled out the booking form and sent it through now what happens?

   You need to pay a deposit to secure your booking as there are limited spaces.

+ When and how will I be notified regarding dropping off my flowers?

    I will personally email or SMS you 3-6 weeks before your event with all of the details.

+ How many days after the event do I need to drop off my flowers?

   Your flowers need to be dropped off the day after your event or at the latest 2 days after. The fresher your flowers the better they will press.

+ How do I care for my flowers before I drop them off?

   DO NOT put them in a cool room or fridge. Instead put them in vase of water and leave them in a cool place.

+ Do you press proteas, native flowers and dahlias?

   Yes, however the process takes longer in every aspect which does incur an extra charge.

+ I have a lot of flowers left over after the event can I drop them off too?

   Yes I always encourage additional flowers to be dropped off so I can press only the best quality flowers,

+ If I want my flowers colour corrected is that a service you offer?

   Yes I can colour correct your flowers however the process will take longer and will incur an extra charge.

+ How long will the whole process take?

   The whole process will take approx 8-10 months.

+ Do I get to see the design before its finalised?

   Yes, once I have created a mock up of your design I will send you a photo for your feedback and approval.

+ What is the process after I approve the mock up?

   Once approved, I transfer the flowers and glue every element onto the perspex glass and weigh it down to allow the flowers to set. 

+ How do I arrange collection?

   Once the frame is closed and all wrapped up I will email or SMS you for collection.

+ When do I make the final payment?

   Final payment must be made prior to collection.
