Wilbraham Clean Up: PART 2

Join our efforts to clean our town!

The goal of this event is to raise awareness,

create a sense of community,

and positively impact the

Town of Wilbraham by tidying up our neighborhoods.

Let's all come together to protect our planet for future generations!

The Keep Wilbraham Beautiful chapter is thrilled to announce the

3rd Annual Wilbraham Clean Up Date!

Next Event is a Make-Up from the Snow Day:

Scheduled for May 3, 2025

4th Annual will be Late April 2026

Possible by the generous support and collaboration of the DPW, local police, Wilbraham Board of Selectmen, Fountain Park Volunteers and the Conservation Commission.

Supplies, safety vests, trash grabbers, dumpster, trucks and traffic details are all provided.

However, we need your help to make it a success!

Wilbraham Earth Day Cleanup needs your support to enhance the day and make it a memorable experience for all.

Event Day: Volunteers are welcome to start off at Fountain Park!

Trash bags, gloves and safety vests will be provided. Coordination of street assignments will be organized from Fountain Park or prior using the registration link. You are welcome to clean up litter on right of ways anywhere in town. If you want help determining a good starting location; we will be there to help. The event is on going from 8 AM to NOON and people can come and go at anytime. Safety information will be given out and any questions answered.

All collected trash will be brought back to Fountain Park after its collected. There will be a dumpster on site. Safety vest can be returned. Any hazardous waste or bulky items found can be called into lead volunteer for the DPW to handle. Volunteers can enjoy some music & snacks.

Trash Clean Up: 8 AM - Noon

Chips, Granola Bars and Friendly's Ice Cream Cups available as a treat and thank you!

Please feel free to register with the link; this is helping us keep a record of volunteers involved and we will email out instructions before the event. However, volunteers are welcome anytime and do not need to register.

Be an Influencer: Join us now as we begin the planning and networking prior to the event – flyer distribution, word of mouth, and your social media channels will all help bring the community together to amplify this into a hugely successful family event.

Be a Sponsor: Any individual, company, or organization can be a sponsor! We welcome donations for raffle prizes including gift cards or physical items which could be used for prizes. As a sponsor you can also donate supplies.

Be a Supporter: Donations of money will help us pay for the cost of trash removal and potential help thank volunteers for their participation. The town of Wilbraham is accepting donations earmarked for use by the Wilbraham Earth Day Cleanup that will allow us to offset trash removal cost and potentially provide each participant with safety vest as well as water/snacks/fruit, and reusable water bottles/bags to thank volunteers.
