2026 Wil-O-Way Block Party

The annual Wil-O-Way Block Party, moved to rain out date of Sunday, Aug. 16, is the perfect way to send off summer, and it’s just around the corner!

When: Sunday, August 16, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm

Where: Evergreen Ave. (Berry Drive & Green Valley)

What: The homeowners association will provide the entree and paper products.

Each family will be responsible for bringing their lawn chairs, drinks for their family, and a side dish or dessert to share via “SignUp Genius” list

Homeowners Association members are FREE

For everyone else (ages 11 and up) the cost is $5 per person.

Monthly Board Meetings

Our board members meet on the second Wednesday of each month to discuss current events that we are organizing as well as any issues or ideas brought up by HOA members and neighbors. All neighbors and members of the HOA are welcome to join us. We are always thrilled to have new ideas and volunteers interested in contributing to the organization.
