A mock-up of the college area created as part of the diploma thesis. Surface of the college square has been transformed into a small park with underground parking and a fountain in the centre. The park area is based on acquired blueprints.
Most of the models were created in Blender (trees were made in TreeIt), then exported into Unity engine alongside with custom collision and LoDs. You can walk on the surface in first person perspective and change between day and night scenes.
Most textures used were obtained from polyhaven.com and 3dtextures.me. Some specific, small textures were made by hand.
I've also experimented with exporting some building parts into Unreal Engine 5 to test differences in export/import workflow and material creation.
