Program Purpose

The purpose of this program is to support students in achieving academic excellence and building confidence in their learning. Our program provides advanced lessons and homework assistance, and focused review, exam, and quiz preparation to help learners perform at their best. In addition, our reading and writing program fosters strong literacy skills, critical thinking, and effective communication—equipping students with the tools they need for long-term academic success.

• For only ₱3,000 per month, your child will have one-on-one face-to-face classes four times a week. A daily rate option is also available.

Responsibilities

The Center will:

• Provide qualified tutors and age-appropriate learning activities.

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for learning.

• Communicate with parents about students’ progress when needed.
  
  

The Parent/Guardian agrees to:

• Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of the child.

• Provide necessary school materials (books, assignments, supplies).

• Inform the Center of any special needs, medical conditions, or allergies.

REMINDERS

1. Attendance & Punctuality

• Regular attendance is expected.

• Late pick-ups beyond 15 minutes may incur an additional fee.

2. Tuition & Payment

• Tuition fees must be paid on or before the first day of the program.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable unless rescheduled by the Center.

3. Behavior & Conduct

• Students are expected to follow classroom rules and respect others.

• The Center reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a student for repeated disruptive behavior

4. Liability Waiver

• The Center will take all reasonable measures to ensure safety.

• The Parent/Guardian releases the Center, its staff, and tutors from liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property while the student is under the program’s care.

5. Emergency Medical Consent

• In case of illness or emergency, the Center may provide basic first aid and, if necessary, seek medical treatment. The Parent/Guardian will be contacted immediately.
