If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app or its features.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WIFI Test Pro on your mobile device for personal and non-commercial use only.
You do not own the app. You are only allowed to use it under these terms.
You agree that you will not:
Use the Spy Detector, LAN Scan, or any network-related feature for illegal activity, surveillance, hacking, or invasion of privacy
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the source code of the app
Use the app in a way that violates local laws or regulations
You are fully responsible for how you use the app.
WIFI Test Pro is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
We do not guarantee:
That the Spy Detector will find all hidden cameras, microphones, or devices
That speed test results or network scan results will be 100% accurate
That the app will always work without interruptions or errors
All information shown in the app is for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or misuse of scan results.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
