3. Coarse Location Permission:
Allows the app to access approximate (coarse) location using sources like WiFi and cell towers. Less precise than fine location.
4. Fine Location Permission:
Allows the app to access precise location using GPS, WiFi, and mobile networks.
5. WiFi State Access Permission:
Enables the app to view information about the current WiFi connection, such as whether WiFi is enabled and details about connected networks.
6. WiFi State Change Permission:
Allows the app to enable or disable WiFi and modify WiFi network settings.
7. Nearby WiFi Devices Permission:
Enables detection and interaction with nearby WiFi devices.
android:usesPermissionFlags="neverForLocation" ensures the permission isn’t used for location tracking.
tools:targetApi="s" specifies that this permission applies to Android 12 (API level 31) and above.
