Research Vision

우리 연구실은 리소좀을 단순한 세포 내 분해기관이 아닌, 이온 신호와 세포소기관 네트워크를 조절하는 핵심 신호 플랫폼으로 바라봅니다. TRPML1, TPC 및 TMEM175와 같은 리소좀 이온채널이 소포체, 미토콘드리아 및 골지체와의 상호작용을 어떻게 조절하는지 연구하고 있습니다. 이러한 기초 기전을 바탕으로 염증, 암, 퇴행성 질환 및 환경 스트레스에 의한 세포 손상을 이해하고 새로운 치료표적을 발굴하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
