17 members of the council participated in growing their beards during the month of November. A total of $160 was collected for the Matthew Hill Foundation. Leading the donations, and the recipient of our beard grooming kit prize, was David Monk, a brother of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

Steve Wysocki, a brother of Alpha Tau Omega, competed in Maryland’s Strongest Man competition and placed 3rd in his division. His title was determined by six events including overhead circus dumbbell, atlas stone, truck pull, deadlift, farmer walk, and yoke. Steve notably deadlifted 415 lbs 17 times in one minute. Congratulations Steve!
