Associate Professor, National University of Singapore
Angela Yao is an associate professor in the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. She leads the Computer Vision and Machine Learning group. Her group's research ranges from low-level processing to high-level semantic interpretation of images and video. They work on diverse topics such as pose estimation, activity recognition, and image segmentation. Their research is generously funded by the NRF Fellowship from NRF Singapore and grants from MoE Singapore, AI Singapore, NUS, Meta, and Huawei. Before coming to Singapore, she led a group in Visual Computing at the University of Bonn, founded a startup on smart parking, and completed a PhD at ETH Zurich. In an even earlier life, she studied Engineering Science at the University of Toronto.
Associate Professor, Tokyo Institute of Technology
Rei Kawakami is an Associte Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. She received her B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in information science and technology from the University of Tokyo in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively. She has experienced post-doc positions at the University of Tokyo, U.C. Berkeley and Osaka University. She was appointed as a research Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo in 2014. She joined Tokyo Institute of Technology as a specially appointed associate professor in 2020, and she also worked as a Senior Reseacher at Denso IT Laboratory. She started her current position at Tokyo Tech from 2022. Her research interests are in computer vision and image processing.
Associate Professor, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
Le Thi Lan is an Associte Professor at the School of Electronics and Telecommunications, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam, and a Researcher at the Computer Vision Department, MICA. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Vision from INRIA Sophia Antipolis, France, in 2009, after completing a Master's in Signal Processing and Multimedia, and a B.A. in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She has served as the Head of the Computer Vision Department at MICA since 2011. Her research interests focus on computer vision and related technologies.

Huynh Thi Thanh Binh is Associate Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Information and Communication Technology (SoICT), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). She is Head of Optimization Group. She is member and Vice Chair of the Science Committee on Computer Science and Information Technology, The National Foundation for Science and Technology Development – NAFOSTED from 2019-2022, 2023-2024. Her current research interests: Artificial Intelligence, Algorithms and Optimization, Computational Intelligence, Memetic Computing, Evolutionary Multitasking.
