Wicklog ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal trading journal application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
Information We Collect
Trade data you enter: Wicklog stores the trade details you manually enter (symbol, entry/exit price, quantity, strategy tags, notes, and related data) so you can track your trading performance. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Device and advertising information: Wicklog displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, general device information, and app usage data. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly.
How We Use Information
Trade data you enter is used solely to power the app's features (history, calendar, insights, and performance tracking) on your own device.
Advertising data collected via AdMob is used by Google to serve and measure ads within the App.
Third-Party Services
Wicklog uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google's use of data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your trade data with any third party. Advertising-related data is shared only with Google AdMob as necessary to display ads, as described above.
Data Storage and Retention
Your trade data is stored locally on your device. If you use the app's export feature, exported CSV files are saved to your device's storage under your control. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
Wicklog is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
You may delete your trade data at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling the app. For any questions, deletion requests, or concerns about your data, contact us using the information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
