Wicket Empire — Privacy Policy
*Last updated: 3 September 2026*
The short version
Wicket Empire has no accounts and does not track you across other apps or websites. Your careers live on your device. The app uses two Google services: Google AdMob to show optional and occasional advertising, and Firebase Analytics to count which parts of the game get played. Both handle a limited amount of device data, described below. We never see your name, email, or anything that identifies you personally.
Data stored on your device
Your careers, your manager profile (the name, nationality, age and background you choose in the game), match history, settings, language choice, and imported name packs are stored only on your device. They leave your device only if you explicitly use the export feature to share a save file. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Wicket Empire shows ads through Google AdMob: optional "watch an ad" rewards you choose to tap, and short full-screen ads at natural breaks — an innings break, the end of a season, or after a player auction — spaced out so they never run back to back. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, coarse (approximate) location derived from IP, and interactions with the ads themselves. This data goes to Google, not to us.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the app shows a consent form before any ads load, and ads respect your choice. You can reopen that form from the game menu ("Ad Privacy Options"), and you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
To understand which features are used and where players get stuck, the app sends anonymous gameplay events to Firebase Analytics, a Google service — for example "career created", "match finished", "season completed", "daily challenge played", "ad reward claimed". These events carry no name, email, or free-text you enter (your manager's name is never sent). Firebase also receives standard device and app information (device model, operating system, app version, country derived from IP, an app-instance identifier and, where available, the advertising ID) so events can be counted per device. Google retains this data for up to 14 months. We use it only to improve the game and, for a short time after launch, to measure our own advertising. You can limit ad-based measurement by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings.

Network access
Apart from advertising and analytics (above), the game runs fully offline. The optional "Import from Link" feature downloads a file only from a link you paste yourself. No gameplay data is transmitted anywhere else.
Children
Wicket Empire is a general-audience sports management game. It contains no chat, no social features, and no accounts. Advertising is served through Google AdMob under Google's policies.
Future updates
If a future update ever adds features that involve more data than described here, this policy will be updated before that feature ships.
