🎃 Join the Wicked Bizarre Vendor Family for Year 7—Bigger & Better Than Ever! 🎃
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Wicked Bizarre's 7th annual event! After 6 successful years, we’re expecting an even bigger turnout this year—and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it! Whether you're a spooky crafter, a creepy artist, or a Halloween enthusiast, this is your chance to showcase your creepy creations to a crowd of eager fans!
Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
✨ Vendor Space Info:
Size: Each vendor space is approximately 10x10 feet (indoor spaces are 10x10).
Indoor vs. Outdoor: We’re offering both indoor and outdoor spaces this year! Preference is given on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up early to get your preferred spot!
Electricity: Limited availability—ONLY inside has electric
✨ Set-Up Times:
Friday: September 11th 2 PM – 5 PM
Saturday: Starting September 12th at 7 AM. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:30 AM (no exceptions—if you're not checked in by 9 AM, your spot will be forfeited and no refund will be issued).
✨ Important Dates & Deadlines:
Event Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10 AM – 5 PM. Please make sure you’re open and ready to roll by 10 AM sharp!
✨ Vendor Fee:
$60 if you register before January 1, 2026.
After January 1st, the price increases to $80, so don’t wait—sign up early and save!
✨ Vendor Rules & Guidelines:
No Food Sales (unless you're a food vendor): We have amazing Food Trucks at the event, and we ask that vendors refrain from selling food or drinks (like chips, water, or soda) unless you're a specialty food vendor (popcorn, cotton candy, baked goods, etc.). This ensures the food trucks have a fair chance to make their profits!
No Refunds after August 1, 2026—please keep that in mind when registering.
Bring Your Own Supplies: We do not supply tents, tables, chairs, or display items. If you’re using a canopy, it should be either a 10x10 or a 10x20 for double spaces.
✨ How to Register:
Submit your payment and signed contract.
Email 3 pictures of your products along with a brief description (so we know how awesome they are!).
 We will confirm your spot once payment is received.
