GENERAL MEMBERS
Service/social point (must attend 2)

Mentor/mentee (must have 2)
Small Fundraiser
Large Fundraiser (mandatory)
6/7 general meetings required & first meeting mandatory
SENIORS
Attend 4 out of the 7 general meetings & 7th mandatory
One Small Fundraiser
Large Fundraiser
One Social/Service event
One Corporate Sponsor
OPTIONAL EXTRA POINT
Attend 1 additional social or service event
Why are Point Requirements Important?
Fufilling point requirements and being an active member in WIB is important to our organization's overall sucess. Make sure that you are keeping up with the calender and points sheet to ensure that your Point Pillars are being accuratly recorded.
What Happens if I do not meet Point Requirements?
Failure to meet point requirement at the end of each semester of membership results in a probation. Though the term "Probation" may sound inherently negative or punitive, it honestly carries limited implications for the spring. Next semester, if you fulfill all of the Point Pillars, you will be removed from Probation and return to General Member Status in Fall 2026. While on Probation, no limitations on event attendance or position applications will be imposed upon you, and your status is not one that will be shared publicly with other members of the organization. However, if you do not fulfill all Point Pillars while on Probation in the Spring, you will be required to reapply for membership in Fall 2026 shall you choose to continue with the organization.
