About WHYNET

The wireless Communications and Networks Lab (WHYNET) of Chosun University is focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) -based solutions for traditional wireless communication technologies. In a broader sense, the research at WHYNET is taking advantage of AI techniques to prepare current technologies for the next-generation wireless communication systems. Another aspect of the research is to ensure the user's privacy when they outsource their privacy-sensitive data either to avail computational resources or for collaboration in both centralized and distributed paradigms.

Prospective Students: We have several M.S. and Ph.D. positions open for the 2024 fall and 2025 spring semesters. We are seeking candidates with a strong academic background, solid programming and mathematical abilities, expertise in Artificial Intelligence, and a strong motivation for independent research.
