Planning has begun! It's never too early and is a good excuse to get together and just commune.
Much of the activity leading up to a successful reunion is working to get contact info and communicating with folks who have not remained connected with us over the years.
If you know of anyone who fits that description (or are one!) - please connect with someone from the class so we can update our records. email me!
There is always a lot of confusion around "How do I know what they know about so-and-so?" or "How can I be sure I am on the right list", etc. Valid points - and one of the largest challenges in this endeavor balancing convenience and expediency with privacy. I get it. So, here are my suggestions.
>> Be sure you are a member of the WHS78 Google Group.
This is the primary outbound communication channel for the Class.
>> Join the WHS78 Facebook Group.
I know it's not for everybody, but some people find it useful and most major communications will be reflected out there.
>> Join the Waggener High School Alumni Association (WHSAA)
This will align you with our class, connect you up with other classes and Waggener, and generally show support for Waggener.
I'm the current President, so I'd love to see all 1978 graduates as WHSAA Members. It's free and easy.
