About Me
I advocate for personal empowerment and social change through coaching, teaching, consulting, and activism. My life journey includes two decades of consulting focused on transforming collaboration practices.
I also have a degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Gender Studies.
I'm currently most passionate about offering participant-led workshops in a gift economy model, and supporting organizations and communities in creating a culture where everyone's needs matter.
I also enjoy dancing, the beach, cuddling, playing games, engaging in deep conversations, writing an unpublished blog, and plotting global liberation.
Workshops and Coaching Calls
I offer innovative and interactive workshops on topics ranging from process improvement and project planning to nonviolence, relationships, and sexual health. If you want to see some examples of what I teach, you can take a look at my current Nonviolent Communication offerings or list of relationship and sexuality workshops.
I also provide coaching, consulting services, group facilitation, and mediation support. If you're experiencing collaboration challenges in your communities or organizations, I would love to hear from you!
To talk to me, you can schedule a free call at a time that works for you.
My offerings use a gift economy model. If you'd like to support me so I can offer more workshops, please visit my support page.
