Contest Details
- Free to enter
- Entries must be registered no later than December 14, 2025
- Judging will take place between December 15-20, 2025, starting at dark
- Winner will be announced at the December 23, 2025 Village Board Meeting
- The Contest is open to businesses and residents of Winthrop Harbor
- Criteria for judging shall be as follows:
- 40% for originality
- 20% for ingenuity
- 40% for quality
