The extension processes the page you choose entirely on your device and saves the resulting PDF to your Downloads folder. It does not transmit, store, collect or sell page content or personal information, and it contains no analytics or remote code.
When you click the toolbar button, the extension reads the page in the current tab, on your device, in order to create a PDF of it. It then asks your browser to save that file to your Downloads folder. It does this only when you click the button, and only for the tab you clicked in.
Nothing. We do not collect page content, page addresses, browsing history, personal information or usage data. There are no accounts, no servers that receive data from the extension, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no tracking. The extension makes no network requests of its own, and it does not load or run code from the internet.
• debugger: used to scroll the page, have Chrome's own printing engine produce a PDF file without letter-size page breaks, with selectable text and working links, and read the result. It is used only after you click the button, on that tab only, and it is detached when saving ends. While it is attached, Chrome shows its standard "started debugging this browser" bar.
• downloads: used to save the finished PDF to your Downloads folder and to check that this download completed. The extension only acts on the PDF it creates and does not modify any other downloads.
The extension requests no other permissions and no access to websites beyond the tab you click in.
This website (wholepagepdf.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sources they come from. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. This applies only to the website. The extension itself collects nothing.
The PDF is saved by your browser to your Downloads folder like any other download. It is yours; we have no copy of it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
