Preparing for Your QHHT Session
To get the most out of our time together, please review these guidelines to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the journey.
1. Your Questions
Start jotting down questions as they come to mind. The night before our session, please review them and prioritize the most important ones at the top of your list.
Physical/Health: Any concerns, symptoms, or patterns you’d like to understand or heal.
Personal/Life: Questions regarding your soul's purpose, relationships, career, or spiritual path.
Note: Please print or handwrite your list. If you don't have access to a printer, email your list to me the night before or the morning of our session, and I will have a printed copy ready for you.
2. Set Your Intention
The moment you book your session, your Higher Self begins preparing for this conversation.
Partner with your Ego: Instead of fighting your conscious mind, acknowledge it. Tell yourself: “Thank you for taking care of me and keeping me safe. I am bringing you along for this experience, but I ask you to take a supportive role. Please stay quiet, observe, and help me remember and analyze everything afterward. For now, simply exist and observe.”
Affirmation: Replace "I will connect" with "I easily connect to my Higher Self." Repeat this daily or place it on a sticky note on your fridge as a gentle reminder.
3. Day-of Preparation
Mindset: Meditate on the morning of your session. If you don't meditate, take a quiet walk or listen to soothing music to clear your head.
Diet: Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your session. Maintain your usual caffeine routine to avoid withdrawal headaches, but don't overdo it.
Fuel: Eat breakfast as usual. Preparing lunch ahead of time will be a good idea. The day starts with a conversation for 2-3 hours, and we will take a short break before the hypnosis part. Then I will make sure that you are back to awake and aware, while we chat about and review your experience.
4. Privacy & Recording
Total Privacy: This is a sacred, private space. To ensure you feel completely safe and open, no guests (spouses, partners, or friends) are allowed in the session room.
Audio Recording: The hypnosis portion will be recorded for you. Listening to this recording afterward is a vital part of the integration and healing process.
5. What to Expect
I will hold a safe space for you and facilitate a state of deep relaxation. Your Higher Self will guide us through the scenes or experiences most relevant to your life right now.
Healing: Remember, you are far more than your physical body. You are a multidimensional being, and you are the one performing the healing; I am simply your facilitator.
The Experience: Connecting with your Higher Self is a powerful experience of unconditional love. We aim to address every question on your list during our 2–3 hour hypnotic window.
6. FAQ
"What if I don't see any 'pictures' or visuals?" That is perfectly normal! Information doesn't always come as a movie in your mind. It can manifest as:
Sounds: A ringing in the ears, a specific word, a phrase, or a tone.
Physical Sensations: Tingling, pressure, warmth, coolness, or vibrations.
Knowing: A sudden sense of just knowing. The more you describe what you are experiencing, whatever form it takes, the deeper and more relaxed you will become. As you verbalize these hits, you will become familiar with how your Higher Self communicates, and the information will flow more freely.
"How do I know if it’s real or just my imagination?" Imagination is the bridge between the subconscious and the conscious mind. It is a beautiful medium through which your soul speaks. Any scene or "story" you receive is simply the language your mind uses to translate deep wisdom into something you can understand. Trust the first thing that comes to you.
"Will I lose control or say things I don't want to say?" Absolutely not. You are always in the driver’s seat. Hypnosis is not about losing consciousness; it is a state of deep, focused relaxation. Your Higher Self is protective and will never violate your personal values or share information that you aren't comfortable with. You are an active participant, and you can "emerge" or speak up at any time.
"What if I can’t be hypnotized?" Everyone can enter a hypnotic state. In fact, we already do it every day, whenever you daydream, get lost in a good book, or "zone out" while driving. The only real barriers are fear or over-analysis. If you come with an open heart and a sense of curiosity, you will be successful. There is no right or wrong way to feel.
"Will I fall asleep? Will I remember the session afterward?" While you will be deeply relaxed, this is not sleep. Most clients remain aware of my voice throughout the process. Afterward, some feel as though they just woke up from a vivid dream and remember a lot, while others find the details a bit hazy. This is exactly why we record the session, listening to the audio is a vital part of your healing and integration.
"Will my Higher Self answer every single question?" Your Higher Self is infinitely wise and compassionate. It will provide the information that is in your highest good at this specific moment in your life. If a question isn't answered directly, it’s usually because the timing isn't right, or the answer was already woven into the scenes and stories you were shown.
"What if I need to use the restroom during the session?" Don't worry! Your body will let us know. If nature calls, I will simply guide you to take a brief break. We can handle the physical needs and then easily slide back into that deep, relaxed state to continue our work.
