This page brings together presentation materials, poster resources and related work connected to an ongoing experience paper on programme-level technology-enhanced learning (TEL) decision-support.
The work explores how programme-level evidence can be made more visible and discussable for programme teams, while protecting professional judgement, educational responsibility and human-centred decision-making. Rather than positioning digital tools as decision engines, the work considers how visualisations, structured reports and facilitated dialogue can support programme teams to interpret evidence, identify priorities and prepare for programme review or revalidation conversations.
The central question is:
Who decides?
Our answer is:
Programme teams decide.
TEL should help programme teams see patterns, discuss trade-offs and take responsibility for programme-level choices. It should not replace professional judgement or reduce curriculum design to compliance indicators.
