Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

By downloading, installing, or using the Caller ID application (the “App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Data Source and Usage

The app relies entirely on *user-submitted content* (Name Tags and Reports) to identify phone numbers. *It does not use any data from public or external sources.* All results are displayed exactly as contributed by the community, without additional aggregation or profile building.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. This may include uploading contact names (not numbers) for improved caller identification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to:

• Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others;

• Submit or upload defamatory, offensive, or illegal content;

• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App’s functionality.

You are solely responsible for any data (e.g., names, tags, comments) you submit to the App. By contributing such data, you grant Saeed Abdullah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to store, display, and use it within the App for functionality, search, and spam detection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and software related to the App are owned or licensed by Saeed Abdullah. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the App’s materials without express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party services or data providers. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or any loss arising from their use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App inappropriately.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability. Saeed Abdullah shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saeed Abdullah from any claims or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted within the App or our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
