At WhoCaller, we are committed to complying with Google Play’s policies regarding child safety and user protection. Below is a clear explanation of how our app aligns with these standards:
WhoCaller is not directed to children. The app is intended for users aged 13 and above. It does not include content, visuals, or features that appeal specifically to children, such as animated characters, child-friendly UI, or gamified interactions designed for minors.
We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems.

WhoCaller may request permission to access the user's contact list solely to provide caller identification services. We do not access or use location, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive device features.
No personal data is sold to third parties.
No behaviorally targeted ads are shown to children.
Ads shown in WhoCaller (if any) are not targeted at children. We use general audience ad providers in full compliance with Google Play’s Family and Children policies.
A premium version is available, which removes all advertisements.
Our app does not contain inappropriate, violent, sexual, or otherwise harmful content. User-generated content (such as tags or labels on phone numbers) is moderated, and users can report abuse. We take prompt action on any reports.
WhoCaller is not part of the Designed for Families program and does not intend to market to children in any capacity.
We regularly review and update our practices to ensure full compliance with child safety regulations on Google Play. If any violation or misclassification occurs, corrective measures will be taken immediately.
