Kullanım Koşulları

Ben Kimim? uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyunuz.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
Ben Kimim?, kullanıcıların ipuçlarını değerlendirerek kişi, şehir, ülke ve spor dallarını tahmin ettiği bir bilgi oyunudur. Uygulama iOS cihazlar için tasarlanmıştır.
2. Hesap Oluşturma
Uygulamayı Apple hesabınızla veya misafir olarak kullanabilirsiniz. Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda, Apple'ın kullanım koşulları da geçerlidir. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Uygulama İçi Özellikler
3.1 Elmas Sistemi
Uygulama, ipucu ve kelime açma gibi özellikler için sanal bir elmas sistemi kullanır. Elmaslar uygulama içinde kazanılır.
3.2 Skor Sistemi
Oyun skorları yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmak
- Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislik yoluyla çözmeye çalışmamak
- Uygulamanın normal işleyişini bozmaya yönelik girişimlerde bulunmamak
- Uygulamayı kopyalamamak, değiştirmemek veya dağıtmamak
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamadaki tüm içerik, tasarım, grafikler, sesler ve yazılım fikri mülkiyet haklarımız kapsamında korunmaktadır. İçeriklerin izinsiz kullanımı, kopyalanması veya dağıtılması yasaktır.
6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Değişiklikler yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
8. Hesap Silme
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içindeki Ayarlar bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda, uygulamaya erişiminizi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Who Am I? application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Service Description
Who Am I? is a trivia game where users guess people, cities, countries, and sports by evaluating clues. The App is designed for iOS devices.
2. Account Creation
You may use the App with your Apple account or as a guest. When you sign in with Apple, Apple's terms of use also apply. You are responsible for the security of your account.
3. In-App Features
3.1 Diamond System
The App uses a virtual diamond system for features such as revealing hints and words. Diamonds are earned within the App.
3.2 Score System
Game scores are stored locally on your device only.
4. Acceptable Use
By using the App, you agree to the following rules:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the App's source code
- Not attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the App
- Not copy, modify, or distribute the App
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, sounds, and software in the App are protected under our intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings section within the App. When your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed.
9. Termination
In the event of a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
