Who 2 chat maintains a "zero-tolerance" policy regarding any form of abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving minors (anyone under the age of 18). Any violation of this policy or any behavior that threatens the safety of minors will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action by law enforcement.
1. Strict Age Requirements
Adults Only: This application is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years of age.
Prohibition of Age Falsification: Any attempt to access the platform by falsifying age or providing misleading information is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation will be terminated immediately.
Detection Mechanisms: We utilize a combination of automated systems and manual moderation to identify underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) content. Any attempt to circumvent these monitoring systems is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities (Including but not limited to)
Sexualization and Exploitation: The creation, distribution, or sharing of content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly forbidden. This includes sexualized depictions, sexual fetishization of minors, sexualized role-playing (including attire, language, or acting), and any form of child nudity (including artistic representations such as drawings or animations).
Harmful or Dangerous Acts: We strictly prohibit the execution or incitement of physical violence, threats, psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation against minors. Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities, neglect, or the trafficking of minors is also strictly forbidden.
3. Content Presentation Restrictions
No Minors in Content: The appearance of minors in profile information, short videos, or any other form of interactive content is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Proxy Management: Adults are strictly forbidden from managing, operating, or creating accounts on behalf of minors.
4. Reporting and Legal Cooperation
External Reporting: For serious violations involving the abuse of minors, we will report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

5. User Eligibility
Any individual convicted of crimes against children—including but not limited to sexual assault, physical violence, abuse, neglect, or trafficking—is strictly prohibited from using Who 2 chat.
6. Enforcement and Education
Violation Penalties: Any breach of the Child Safety Policy will result in the most severe penalties, including permanent account bans.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to illegal activities involving minors.
User Education: We continuously promote safety awareness by displaying this policy and providing risk reminders during content creation and interaction.
