Tour Schedule:
The One South Africa Tour featured three performances across South Africa, celebrating President Nelson Mandela’s historic election victory. Each concert symbolized freedom, unity, and hope. She made history as the first major Western recording artist to perform in the newly unified post-apartheid nation, with a portion of the concert proceeds donated through her foundation to support various local South African children’s charities.

The show in Johannesburg on November 12th was famously televised on HBO as Whitney Houston: The Concert for a New South Africa. It was then later released on VHS in December of 1994.
The show in Durban on November 8th was released in theaters in October of 2024 and was included in a live album released on November 8, 2024—exactly 30 years from the original date.
