Production Design

When I receive a script, I read it multiple times deciphering as much detail as possible while asking very specific questions.  

Creating the physical environment that the characters live in and making it seem as realistic to them and the story (even if it's a fiction post-apocalyptic setting) is one of my favorite things when it comes to filmmaking. I like the idea that the audience can see more about the character(s) or the story simply based on the details of the scenery. 

I like to work with everyone when making decisions on the character's wardrobe. I want to know how the writer, director and actor sees them and I take those details into account when creating the mood board(s). 

Shopping specific props is fun but what's more fun is making them. I love to use graphic design to create unique items that will be seen either up close or simply in the background.
